Responsibilities:
- To receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Sales & Marketing, Retail Operations & Merchandising, Product Development, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resources
- To learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
- To observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
- To play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative gears toward operational excellence
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Max. 35 Years Old
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) With GPA Min. 2.75
- 1 – 2 years experience in the same position, preferably from retail, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proactive, high integrity, diciplined and able to work under pressure
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent in English, Oral and Written. (Able to communicate in mandarin would be an advantage)
- Placement : Jakarta and Sidoarjo
